This document sets out the rules for the processing of personal data on the biuroprecyzja.pl website, the rules for using communication channels (including HubSpot CRM, WhatsApp, SMS), and a legal disclaimer defining the scope of the Office’s liability.

We process your data for various purposes depending on our relationship. We operate in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Provision of accounting and payroll services:
Purpose: Performance of the contract, bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax settlements.
Legal basis: Necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), including the Accounting Act and tax laws.
Handling inquiries and communication (E-mail, Phone, SMS, WhatsApp):
Purpose: Responding to inquiries, ongoing contact with the client, scheduling meetings.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Important: By contacting us via WhatsApp, you accept the privacy policy of Meta Platforms. We recommend not sending sensitive financial documents or employee personal data via mobile messengers (WhatsApp, SMS). Secure e-mail channels or dedicated client portals should be used for sending documentation.
Customer Relationship Management (HubSpot CRM):
Purpose: Archiving contact history, improving customer service, managing the bidding process.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of professionalizing service and maintaining business continuity.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML):
Purpose: Verification of the identity of the client and beneficial owners.
Legal basis: Legal obligation resulting from the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Marketing and analytics:
Purpose: Website statistics analysis, marketing of own services.
Legal basis: Your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed through the cookie banner settings (Cookiebot).
Your data may be transferred to entities we cooperate with to provide services.
Public entities: Tax Offices, ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), Statistics Poland (GUS), tax control authorities – solely to the extent required by law.
Technology providers (Processors):
HubSpot Inc. (USA): CRM system provider.
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (USA): Website analytics (Google Analytics) and e-mail.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland/USA): Operator of WhatsApp messenger and marketing tools.
Zenbox.pl: Website and e-mail server hosting.
Data transfer to the USA:
Due to the use of tools from global providers (HubSpot, Google, Meta), some data (e.g., correspondence history in CRM, IP address in statistics) may be processed on servers in the United States.
We inform you that these providers participate in the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program. According to the European Commission’s decision of July 10, 2023, entities certified under the DPF ensure an adequate level of personal data protection consistent with EU standards.

The following rules govern the liability of the Office in relations with website users and clients, including international clients.
1. Scope of Services and Governing Law (Jurisdiction Clause)
Biuro Rachunkowe Precyzja Sp. z o.o. provides accounting and payroll services based on Polish law. All information on the website refers to Polish tax and legal regulations.
Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services provided are subject to Polish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts competent for the Office’s registered seat (Warsaw), unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the client’s country state otherwise.
2. Nature of Information – No Tax Advice
The information contained on this website and in correspondence (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp) is of a general and informational nature only.
This content does not constitute legal advice or tax advisory services within the meaning of the Tax Advisory Act, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written contract or a specific, paid advisory order.
In matters requiring specialized legal-tax opinions, individual interpretations, or procedural representation, the Office cooperates with reputable tax advisory firms and legal counsels.
3. Limitation of Liability
Due to the complexity and volatility of legal regulations, the Office is not liable for the consequences of business decisions made by the Client solely on the basis of current e-mail or SMS correspondence or content posted on the website, without a prior, comprehensive analysis of the factual state and documentation, confirmed by a separate document (opinion).
4. Confidentiality of Correspondence
Messages sent by the Office (along with attachments) are intended solely for the addressee and may contain confidential information. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately, delete the message, and do not disclose its content to third parties.
